Construction outside 79 Thorncliffe Park Drive. Sameer Benyan said this construction has stretched on for a very long time and is disruptive to tenants' lives. He also said that the dust is impacting the health of people with respiratory problems, including aggravating his asthma. He said the property manager has told him there is nothing to be done.
